I am a mathematics PhD student at the University of Tennessee. I use mathematical and computational tools to study biological structure and change.

About my work

My work uses topology, geometry, and scientific computing to study biological systems, especially proteins. I am interested in what mathematical patterns can tell us about how proteins are organized and how they change over time.

I build and use computational methods that connect mathematical ideas with biological data. My aim is to make careful, reproducible claims about structure and dynamics.
